Blurred motion- can be achieved by setting a slightly slower shutter speed, but keeping the camera on a tripod.
Chrono- is made in photoshop with pictures taken with a fast shutter speed in order to keep the subjects crisp.
Frozen motion- is captured with a fast shutter speed, and a tripod is not needed. Although many shots may be taken to get the timing just right.
Panning- is created when the photographer follows the subjects movements with the lens and lets the background become blurry with camera shake.
Light writing- is made by setting a low shutter speed (about 8 seconds) with the camera on a tripod.
Zooming- is easily made with the camera set on a slow shutter speed and capturing the photo while zooming in and out.
